Description
Our founder, William A. Kresge, started out as a furniture store owner in the late 1800's, then branched out into the funeral business. Later, his son, Eugene Kresge, ran the business and in the late 1930's William H. Kresge, Eugene's son, took over the business. In the 1980's, Thomas J. Kresge bought the funeral home from his father and has been the supervisor ever since. Currently, Thomas C. Kresge is the fifth-generation funeral director in the family business.
